It's always a joy to work with a previous client, and in this case, we were brought in to design the home of a client's mother. The house had previously been owned by investors, taken down to the studs, and reconfigured in a way that reduced the upstairs from three bedrooms to two. We handled the floor plan changes ourselves, including restoring the upstairs to three bedrooms, adding much-needed closets to the main entry and library, and creating arched openings on the main floor to bring character back into the home.

Our goal was to create a warm, cozy cottage that feels timeless, personal, and welcoming — a home where our client can comfortably host friends, family, and, most importantly, her three grandchildren who now live right across the street.
