OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Even now, Emily Ruff remembers her early experiences with interior design—admiring neighbors' renovations, touring model homes, and redecorating her own room yearly as a child. Those moments sparked a lifelong passion for Emily in creating environments that reflect the lives lived inside.
Emily is known for her discerning eye and ability to craft spaces that are equal parts comfort and conversation-starter. Her background in corporate project and account management helps her to collaborate with vendors and trades to seamlessly bring her vision to reality.
Emily specializes in new construction, full home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and full home furnishing projects. She most enjoys helping clients hone in on their personal style and educating them on materials and furnishings that are worth the investment. Above all, Emily believes that the backdrop of your everyday moments—both mundane and memorable—deserve to be celebrated with good design.
Emily is the founder and principal designer of Cohesively Curated. She transforms homes across the Greater Seattle area, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Economics from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Kitchen & Bath Design from Century College which is accredited by the NKBA.
