Our clients previously lived in a very modern, new construction home, and wanted something they could renovate for their young family. Built in 2015, the home was in good condition but didn’t fit their taste or lifestyle. We replaced the dark flooring with a lighter option, updated the finishes and fixtures, designed new built-ins and a fireplace, and sourced all of the furnishings. Our clients love to entertain, so we added more cabinetry and a larger kitchen island, and updated the guest bath.
