This unique transitional project was a personal project for a home builder, and we were brought into the project as the foundation was being poured. Because of our established relationship with this builder, the project team had a lot of mutual trust, which is essential to a great end result. We reconfigured the second floor to better suit their needs, and created the layouts for every space and designed all of the cabinetry. The high-end custom home is a first for their family, and is filled with modern elements mixed with lots of vintage and texture. One goal was to not repeat finishes or fixtures in any spaces, while maintaining a cohesive feel from room to room.
