The home is located in a beautiful, established neighborhood and had a lot of potential, but the layouts needed to be reworked. To make the kitchen more functional, we made space for a larger island and a more substantial range wall. Now, the space is more usable and the material selections reflect the clients love for interiors, resulting in a home that feels thoughtful and elevated, but not overly formal.
