Our clients were long-time residents of Dash Point, and had long-been looking for a home with views of Puget Sound. They originally purchased another home nearby – which we were in the process of redesigning – when this home came available. With 4000+ square feet and its own beachfront, the choice was simple: Flip the other house for resale and move into this one. The home was dated and our clients entertain often, so we focused the renovation on the main floor living spaces and the kitchen with various traditional and French country-inspired influences.
